As a patient with a rare disease I have experienced firsthand the difficulties navigating the path to diagnosis and treatment and with the frustration of many failed treatments. I have spent my entire career driving innovation in clinical research but felt hopeless when I tried to find a trial; the journey was difficult and didn’t yield the results I hoped for. I want to help patients like me by elevating their voices to make this process a lot easier to navigate.
